<li>Check if the keyboard is not fully charged and make it fully charged.

<li>Press and hold fn+esc for 3 seconds to reset the keyboard.
</li>
<li>Switch to 2.4G, press and hold FN+~ for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode, and then plug the receiver into the USB port.

<li>Try another USB port or another device.
</li>
